Transportation

imperial-transportation

The expected surge of apartments, homes, commercial real estate ventures, and recreation and sports events necessitates a workable transportation plan and the use of roundabouts and multi-lane roads to ease congestion and keep travelers mobile.

Stadium

Constellation Field is home to the Sugar Land Skeeters baseball team. The streets were designed to accommodate high traffic during stadium events while limiting impact to the surrounding community by incorporating a large amenity-detention pond to minimize water impacts and noise, and to route crowd flow efficiently.

Residential Homes

The Imperial Tract 3 project is a 745-acre, mixed-use development located in Sugar Land, Texas, catering to commercial, retail, and residential users. To attract home buyers, careful consideration was taken to preserve the charm of nearby landmarks creating a sense of community and connectivity to the area. The development is adjacent to the Imperial Sugar Company’s former refinery site including a char house, warehouse, and elevated storage tank. Single family homes were designed to blend into the historic theme of the area.
