Alan McKee, PE, Senior Vice President has been promoted to lead the LJA Houston Land Development division. With this new role, Alan will manage 17 separate specialty teams and services including civil design, Discovery, hydrology & hydraulics, planning, residential platting, site development, landscape architecture, water/wastewater, GIS, and construction phase services. Along with overseeing this vital group of over 270 personnel, Alan will continue to manage our proprietary Discovery process and be involved in new and existing client management and development. Throughout his 30-year career in land development and active involvement in public policy, Alan has built a wealth of knowledge and intuitive skills that are a natural fit to guide LJA’s vast depth of resources and land development expertise. This background, coupled with his engineering and financial perspectives, gives LJA’s land development clients a unique insight on how to develop projects effectively and economically. Alan will also ensure continuity of LJA land talent and resources and serve as a technical resource and liaison to governmental agencies.
