Founded in 1973, Choctaw Engineering has built a strong reputation for high-quality civil engineering and land surveying services across northwest Florida.
This three-person team – Mark Siner, PE, Director; Matthew Moore, Design Engineer; Cody Garland, Design Engineer; – joins LJA with deep client relationships and regional expertise that strengthen our presence in the Southeast. With access to LJA’s national network across transportation, public works, and land development, this addition expands our capabilities in the southeast and enhances the solutions we deliver to clients.
