The Bruce B. Downs at SR 54 project delivers critical safety and operational enhancements from south of Eagleston Boulevard to SR 54. Key infrastructure upgrades include a new traffic signal, strategic median closures, and extended turn lanes to increase intersection capacity and reduce congestion. The scope also encompasses full milling, resurfacing, and modernized signage and pavement markings. The project also prioritizes accessibility through dedicated pedestrian safety improvements. These collective high-visibility upgrades modernize the corridor, ensuring a safer and more efficient transportation link for all commuters at this high-traffic intersection.

Located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, this project delivered critical access management and safety upgrades, including median closures and extended turn lanes. The design integrated a new mast arm signal at Eagleston Boulevard, drainage improvements, and enhanced intersection lighting. These high-visibility features, paired with special emphasis crosswalks, significantly improved both pedestrian safety and operational efficiency throughout the corridor.
