(DPA), a highly respected civil engineering firm based in Coral Gables, Florida, with an additional office in Fort Myers, Florida. For more than four decades, DPA has been a trusted partner in delivering iconic, community-shaping projects across south Florida. Founded in 1978 and led today by Tim Plummer, PE, President of DPA, the firm has built a legacy rooted in creativity, collaboration, and deep client relationships.
