Our Goal
LJA’s mission was to collaborate with the District’s Advanced Planning, PS&E Design, and Environmental Sections teams to provide engineering expertise, oversight, review, and project coordination across the 10-county District.
The LJA Roadmap
LJA’s Comprehensive Engineering Consultant (CEC) staff executed the project roadmap, working collaboratively with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to support various project development activities while addressing the District’s workload and advancing their project portfolio.
