Project Overview
LJA served as the design-builder for McGrath Rent Corp’s 22,000-square-foot modular storage facility, supporting the company’s Southeast Region operations Located on a 52-acre site, the development required extensive outdoor storage, vehicle circulation infrastructure, employee parking, and site utilities to accommodate the storage and deployment of modular classrooms.
Following the success of the initial facility, McGrath retained LJA to support ongoing campus expansion, including additional storage capacity, parking, and a new training facility.
