Project Overview
LJA provided comprehensive program management services for the Town’s design-build Civic Center and Parking Deck project, overseeing schedule and budget to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals. The scope included a 33,664-square-foot civic center featuring administrative offices, a commercial kitchen, storage areas, and a flexible ballroom, along with 2,200 square feet of exterior amenities such as a green wall, terrace, and pedestrian-friendly features.
In addition, the project incorporated a 270-space, four-level parking structure within the downtown corridor, requiring the coordination of multiple land parcels and significant environmental permitting. Our team also delivered civil engineering, construction management, site and utility construction, and land acquisition services. The project was recognized for its excellence with a 2020 AGC Build Georgia Award.
