Our Goal
LJA supported Douglas County in delivering critical infrastructure improvements to serve the Trails and Movie Studio developments. The project focused on coordinating the design and construction of Spine Road and a new signalized intersection at Fairburn Road, ensuring safe, efficient connectivity and long-term functionality for growing community and economic development needs. Our team also supported right-of-way coordination to keep the project moving forward without delays.
We provided comprehensive construction program management services across all phases of the project. Our team led schedule development and review, evaluated construction cost estimates, and guided value engineering and life-cycle cost analyses to optimize performance and cost efficiency.
