Travis is a licensed professional engineer in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas. He has over 25 years of experience in all phases of sanitary sewer and water systems including operation, design, and project management. His experience includes flow monitoring, capacity analysis, system prioritization, sanitary sewer evaluation surveys (SSES), all facets of mainline trenchless rehabilitation especially large diameter pipelines, manhole rehabilitation, and asset management. He has assisted clients through consent and administration orders as well as related CMOM programs. He has extensive experience with database management of large SSES and flow monitoring projects and sanitary sewer system prioritization. He is highly experienced working with funding agencies and obtaining grants through both State and Federal programs. Travis is a Certified NASSCO Trainer since 2007. His clients include the Murfreesboro Water Resource Department, Cleveland Utilities, Metropolitan Lynchburg, Town of Bell Buckle, West Knox Utility District, and the Town of Monteagle.
