Our Goal
LJA’s mission was to execute all appurtenances necessary to deliver a complete and operational lift station to New Caney Municipal Utility District. Our team provided project management, engineering, and design support services for this replacement project, including:
• Site work.
• Structural, mechanical, and electrical.
• Control components of the lift station.
• Fencing.
• Pavement.
• Gravity sanitary sewers.
• Force main.
• Manholes.
The LJA Roadmap
LJA’s public works team expertly executed the project roadmap.
The scope involved building a new lift station, 7,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer force main, and 1,000 linear feet of 18-inch sewer gravity lines. These infrastructure additions redirect flow to a large-diameter trunk sewer transmission line currently in the design phase, resulting in reduced strain on other parts of the collection system.
