Our Goal
Our design team provided master planning for all the open spaces and a 20-acre park like setting for Mustang Lakes, a 1,500 lot master planned community located in Celina, TX. Mustang Lakes amenities include over 60 acres of open space, nearly 10 miles of trails, and extensively landscaped perimeter and major internal streets.
The LJA Roadmap
Our team provided site planning through construction documents, including; parking lot layouts, multi-level resort-style pool with a waterfall, a 5-acre lake design with an island, event lawn, tennis courts, basketball courts, trails, playgrounds, and landscape design.
