Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Fagan brings a team of 30 seasoned professionals with deep experience across public agencies, private-sector consulting, and toll industry operations. Founded in 2010, Fagan has built a strong reputation for delivering trusted guidance and solutions in the tolling space. This acquisition strengthens LJA’s ability to provide a full spectrum of transportation services and deepens its commitment to supporting clients with specialized expertise in complex tolling systems.
