Timothy has 30 years of engineering experience, including 18 years of wastewater treatment plant, wastewater pump station, water treatment plant, and water treating equipment design experience with cities and other municipalities, including initial scope development, identifying and assisting with funding, selection of and sizing of all process units, selection and design of all mechanical equipment, bidding and contracts, and observation of construction. Timothy has extensive experience with wastewater discharge permitting, including new permits, renewals, amendments, and addressing and resolving enforcement actions. Additionally, he has significant experience with modeling of pressurized water distribution systems in conjunction with water system master planning. Modeling has included evaluation of existing water systems, planned improvements modeling, alternatives evaluations, and fire flow analysis. Experience with a wide range of system sizes, from small systems serving prisons up to larger systems serving cities of over 50,000 persons. Authored the resulting water system master plans, including cost estimating and scheduling of proposed improvements.
