Reginald has garnered over 20 years of experience on civil engineering and land surveying projects, serving as project manager and project engineer. His focus is primarily commercial site development, including small and mid-sized developments from half-acre brown field sites to 80-acre campus developments having both public and private infrastructure. Reginald provides site feasibility assessments, project schedules, and civil site design for projects including churches, office buildings, industrial warehouse developments, retail centers, and school campuses. He has also studied and designed power plant facility expansions for ash ponds, landfills, and rail spurs. He coordinates with multi-discipline project team members, and sub-consultants as needed, to ensure project success. Reginald has experience working with regional city and county agencies, planning commissions, and state government, to facilitate project approval. As part of his commitment to the engineering field, Reginald serves on the Civil and Environmental Industry Advisory Council for Prairie View A&M University.
