Michael utilizes over 20 years of experience in the analysis, design, and construction of water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and paving facilities for a range of projects including single family residential and commercial/retail developments, as well as drainage and levee projects. He coordinates his team’s work with municipal utility districts, management districts, levee improvement districts, private utility companies, foundations, and city, county, and state agencies. An active mentor to his team of engineers, designers, and technicians, he helps in the planning, design, construction, and management of major land development and infrastructure projects. Michael currently serves as the District Engineer for eight municipal utility districts, management districts, and improvement districts, as well as two levee improvement districts. A famous Warren Buffet quote sums up his proactive approach to building long-term relationships with clients as well as colleagues, “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.
