Matt brings over 23 years of dedicated planning experience to each of his projects, with an aptitude for creative and approvable design solutions for both large and small projects. He has worked on numerous high-profile projects in the Houston area and South Texas coastal region, particularly for large scale master planned communities, commercial, and office site planning. He is responsible for land development and planning including project participation in all levels of coordination from project initiation and preliminary analysis through concept plans, schematic plans, agency coordination, zoning approvals, processing of plats to creation and implantation of community design guidelines. His relevant experience includes project participation on several master planned communities in the Houston area including Cinco Ranch, Grand Lakes, Cross Creek Ranch, South Shore Harbour, Riverstone and Shadow Creek Ranch. Matt has been the lead planner on master planned communities including Harvest Green, Tuscan Lakes, Marbella, and Hidden Lakes. He has also served on the mobility committee for the Katy Area Economic Development Corporation, the chair of the design guideline committee for the Energy Corridor District’ West Houston Master Trail and served on land use and mapping committee for the West Houston Association’s 2060 Master Plan.
