Margaret has 21 years of experience providing planning and design services for municipal clients. She has prepared studies and reports, managed and designed water and sewer projects from fee estimate through construction; and coordinated with clients and governmental agencies. Her experience includes designing and permitting of water plants and wastewater treatment facilities; conducting public presentations; scheduling and budgeting; and preparing detailed applications and reports. She has worked with project managers to determine the needs of clients and identify the most cost-efficient way to meet those needs using regulatory agency guidelines, client preference and the given schedule. In addition, she has also designed structures and foundations to support industrial equipment, gained experience in chemical and pulp and paper industry, responsible for structural engineering projects from estimation to construction.
