Jessica is an environmental engineer with over 19 years of environmental and civil engineering project experience including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling; the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E); development of stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs); implementation of best management practices (BMPs) drainage design; evaluation and design of detention structures and outlet works; site development; site assessment; constructed wetland design and analysis; floodplain management; and environmental remediation. Her responsibilities include engineering design and analysis, and computer modeling. Her projects have included the utilization of UNET, RMA2, SED2D, HEC-1, HEC-2, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and Texas Secondary Evaluation and Analysis for Scour (TSEAS).
