Jennifer brings over 30 years of proven leadership experience delivering $2 Billion in infrastructure for drinking water, flood protection, storm drainage improvements, and public-private partnerships, with executive oversight of stormwater, flood plain management, and capital bond programs for the City of Dallas. Her savvy incorporates long-range water supply planning, water treatment, conveyance, dams, levees, drainage, quality assurance, and design and construction management. For several years, she developed and successfully ran the Dallas Water Utilities water capital program to create projects that address growth, comply with regulations, perform significant maintenance, and improve water quality system-wide. Jennifer also serves as Adjunct Lecturer in the Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University and actively volunteers on the Advisory Board for SMU’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department.
