Jason M. Kelly, PE

Jason has nearly 20 years’ experience in civil engineering for land development and municipal clients, primarily managing water, wastewater, drainage, and paving infrastructure projects for master planned communities in the Houston region. He serves as a liaison interfacing with clients, and coordinating work with municipal utility districts, levee improvement districts, and governmental agencies. Jason takes great pride in nurturing relationships with clients and in developing great communities where people truly desire to live. “As land development engineers, we work with developers to build communities. Each time I drive by I can see exactly what my team helped create.” He remains active in the local community, currently serving as the District Engineer for FBC LID Nos. 14 and 17, FBC MUD Nos. 134A, 134B, 134C, and 24, and as president for Fort Bend County MUD No. 117. Jason is a graduate of Leadership Fort Bend, a professional development program where he was able to hone his leadership skills and develop a strong, community-based network.
