David has over 30 years’ experience serving public and private clients as an engineer and project manager. He has been integrally involved in site design and subdivision development, roadway and bridge design, and maintenance for municipal utility districts. David has extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, drainage, and paving systems for residential and commercial site development projects. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he has gained critical technical knowledge and understands the importance of integrating green principles into his engineering designs. David has served as district engineer for multiple municipal utility districts in the Houston region. Throughout his long-standing career, he has served on Harris County MUD Nos. 6 and 173 and Northeast Harris County MUD NO. 1, Pearland Chamber of Commerce, and Waller County Economic Development Partnership. He gains enormous satisfaction knowing that his engineering work creates places and communities that so many people call home.
