Dan’s 22 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering has encompassed master planning of utility and stormwater facilities, along with design of drainage, water, and wastewater improvement projects. His expertise includes a comprehensive familiarity with the rules and regulations surrounding utility development and construction in the Austin area. He has been responsible for all aspects of utility work including initial project scope development, design and preparation of construction documents, and construction phase services. Dan has prepared and processed all types of permits through the City of Austin and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, including permits for construction on the Edwards Aquifer Recharge and Contributing Zones. Dan is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and Austin Contractors and Engineers Association. He references his favorite Robert Frost quote often,"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I- I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference." When there’s a decision to be made, even if there seems like an obvious answer, it’s important to evaluate all alternatives.
