Chris manages and provides oversight for major land development projects including feasibility studies, preparation of construction plans, contracts, bond issues, and coordination with various municipalities and clients. In his role as senior project manager, he is also responsible for construction management and coordination with various municipal utility districts. Chris has over 14 years of experience in design and civil engineering for projects throughout the region, ranging from a small private development to 2,000-acre master planned communities. He currently serves as the District Engineer for Fort Bend County MUD Nos. 136, 137, 138, and Fort Bend-Waller Counties MUD No. 3, and is the President of Montgomery County MUD No. 139. Chris has developed strong relationships with the City of Katy, City of Sugar Land, and Fort Bend County. His father is a retired NASA engineer, so you could say that engineering is a family legacy. As his career at LJA has grown, each project brings unique challenges and opportunities for this problem-solver.
