Chris Cotter, PE

Over the past 25 years, Chris has played a key role in the development of major, high profile transportation projects throughout the Houston area. He is known for his project and program management expertise and contributions to major projects for TxDOT, the Grand Parkway Association, the Harris County Toll Road Authority, and the Fort Bend Toll Road Authority. Chris is experienced in all phases of the multi-faceted and complex transportation project development process, including managing large and diverse project teams. Mentoring and developing young engineers on these project teams is a key focus for Chris. In the community, Chris has served the American Society of Civil Engineers Houston Branch as President on its Board of Directors. He currently is on the Board of Directors for the North Houston Association, and participates in development of their Strategic Mobility Plan.
