Chris has over 11 years of consulting experience and 10 years of experience with TxDOT as Paris District Environmental Coordinator. He has full-time Environmental Compliance Management experience on large infrastructure projects throughout North Texas. He has provided project oversight, quality assurance and quality control and has supervised staff during construction inspections, investigations, document control, and compliance activities (i.e., mitigation commitments).
Chris was the project manager on two of three consecutive statewide environmental IDIQ contracts through TxDOT’s Environmental Affairs Division – Scientific Services Contracts - On Call Document Preparation. Chris’ experience contributes to wetland delineation and permitting, vegetation surveys, threatened/endangered species habitat assessments and surveys, native vegetation restoration management, and resource management studies on a statewide level. Chris has managed, prepared, and coordinated CEs, EAs, EIS’s, and non-traditional environmental projects including through mitigation planning and planting phases.
