Alan McKee, PE

Alan deftly manages single family, multi-family, and retail land development projects throughout the Houston region. In addition to engineering design, master planning, and hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, he oversees project and construction management, quality control, and financial performance for each project under his purview. His 30 years of experience and specific expertise have lent themselves to active involvement with organizations in developing public policy that impacts the local community. He led critical negotiations between the City of Houston and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to reduce the regulatory burden on local utility districts, and helped spearhead the drafting of rules regarding submerged storm sewers. He was a member of the Tropical Storm Allison Recovery Project, and served as chair of the Houston Council of Engineering Companies Design Standards/Plan Review Committee. Additionally, Alan is a member of the Association of Water Board Directors and is on the board of directors for Harris County MUD No. 354.
