Based in Orlando, Florida, Steve brings over 35 years of senior-level leadership experience in managing diverse engineering programs and agencies.
Steve’s extensive background encompasses operations and business development, with a specialized focus on program management, construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services, transportation engineering, and design-build services. He has held various key roles, including FDOT District 5 Secretary, Regional Transportation Manager, and senior project engineer with FDOT and Atkins.
Steve excels in leading transportation services staff within the Southeast region, actively maintaining client relations as a client service manager for key clients. Notably, Steve has developed and implemented market strategies for new markets and the expansion of existing ones, showcasing his broad expertise in growing the transportation business through client outreach and strategic direction on significant transportation pursuits.
