Valley Ranch Town Center

Quality. Projects involving multiple uses such as Valley Ranch Town Center are designed to bring valuable amenities and recreation to residents. LJA provided engineering services including surveying, master concept grading and utility plans, and site civil design. Grading, utilities and storm drainage, platting, variances, and construction observation were additional services to accommodate new anchor businesses such as Kroger, Academy, Party City, Hobby Lobby, and multiple other retail tenants. Valley Ranch Town Center will be one of the top mixed-use developments in the area upon completion.

 Completion of the Grand Parkway at the entrance to Valley Ranch fueled the development of the 240-acre Valley Ranch Town Center which opened its first stores in fall of 2016. The major dining, retail, and entertainment complex brings shopping, casual and fine dining, and recreational amenities directly to residents of the Valley Ranch subdivision and the neighboring area. Once complete, a total of 1.5 million square feet of shops and restaurants is planned as well as a Cinemark Theatre, a 13,500-seat amphitheater, splash pad, fitness facilities, and a multi-attraction entertainment venue, all of which will serve the 1,000 multi-family residences in the region.
