Fort Bend County Stormwater Quality Coalition

Quality. Urban stormwater discharges are regulated via TCEQ and the MS4 permit process. LJA assists in the County’s compliance efforts by overseeing and implementing the stormwater management program for the drainage district and the County.

The Fort Bend County Stormwater Quality Coalition consists of the Fort Bend County Drainage District and Fort Bend County. The Coalition was formed in February of 2008 with the assistance of our environmental team in an effort to efficiently comply with TCEQ regulations related to urban stormwater discharges. LJA manages the Coalition and helps implement the stormwater management program for each entity in compliance with TCEQ’s Phase II MS4 Permit (TPDES General Permit No. TXR040000).
