Paul Viktorin has more than 30 years of civil engineering experience encompassing project design and management, quality control, and coordination with federal, state, and local agencies for commercial and residential sites. His extensive experience includes design of streets, drainage facilities, wastewater collection, water distribution, floodplain analysis, water quality controls, stormwater detention, erosion control, and TPDES stormwater pollution prevention plans. Duties have ranged from project design to project management, including budget and schedule control; quality control of design plans; and coordination with federal, state, and local agencies. Paul's major strength is in the arena of commercial development where he excels at subdivision platting, site plan permitting, dry utility coordination, and environmental clearances. He has overseen complex major municipal projects such as the Robert Mueller Municipal Airport Redevelopment for the City of Austin, Del Valle Annexation Program Improvements, and the City of Taylor Infrastructure Master Planning.
