John A. Clark, PE

Associates Degree, Applied Science, Civil Engineering, Texas State Technical Institute

John draws from over 35 years of design experience in land development, predominantly in the Austin area, therefore he is very familiar with the design criteria of cities and counties in the central Texas region. His project experience encompasses planning and design of master planned communities and major infrastructure supporting those land development projects including water and wastewater mains, water pump stations (hydro-pneumatic and variable frequency drive), and wastewater lift stations. John’s knowledge makes him particularly well suited at performing quality assurance/quality control for subdivision and utility projects. He has significant value engineering expertise in the areas of land development, wastewater effluent ponds, pumping and lift station projects, resulting in an enormous value add to clients. John supports his community through membership in RECA and ACEA, as well as active involvement in charitable organizations including the Capital Area Food Bank, The American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, and Wounded Warrior Program.

Kenneth Schrock, PE

Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, University of Houston

Ken has over 22 years of experience in public infrastructure engineering. He leads Public Infrastructure in the Austin, Cedar Park, and San Antonio offices offering design services for transportation, traffic, illumination, water quality, and utility design (dry utilities, telecom, water, wastewater, and pump stations) and coordination. Additionally, he delivers expertise in transportation planning, and drainage analysis and design. Driven by a desire to engineer reliable, safe, and efficient infrastructure systems for his community, Ken has taken the next step by developing a successful and positive work environment so colleagues can follow suit. His focus on bringing together bright, driven, like-minded, and highly skilled individuals from all walks of life has resulted in multiple extremely successful civil engineering projects. Under his expert leadership, his division takes personal ownership and pride in delivering time and again for their clients.

Joseph Longaro, PE

Bachelor of Science, Meteorology, State University of New York

Joe’s 30 years of land development experience in the Austin and surrounding region has imparted extensive knowledge in navigating the City of Austin’s unique permitting processes as well as the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Joe has experience with large scale projects having worked on commercial site development and mixed-use high rises, as well as retail, office, and multi-family projects throughout the Austin metropolitan area. His technical expertise in hydrology and hydraulics complements land development as drainage regulations become more stringent. Joe stays current of new regulations to provide his clients with the most efficient use of their property. He remains an active member of many organizations including National Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, Austin Contractors and Engineers Association, and Real Estate Council of Austin.
